Delivering Daily briefs and setting gangs to work.

Supervising and improving production.

Monitoring Health and safety.

Providing progress reports.

This is where i furthered my career and became the person i am now.

I learned how to read drawings. i was given the chance to run my own sites and operate 360 excavators.

My responsabilities were for the safety of my gang and anyone else on site. I kept records and followed programmes closely.
