I am a Compassionate individual with desire to work with disabled, mentally and behaviour challenged children and adults. Focusing on promoting independence and the right to an education, watching peers grow and develop further. Whilst helping their journey, adapting and and building relationships to guide them onto their next step. Dedicated to have a great team and working together to meet the needs of the job and peers. Passionate to learn and develop new skills, including training sessions to help further my own journey.

  • Prepared additional learning resources and aids to promote inclusivity in learning.
