I am hardworking and passionate about my job and will always go the extra mile for children in my care. I am extremely enthusiastic and caring, and will always listen to staff members and children. I enjoy working in a team and helping each other, although I also enjoy working alone and being independent. I am very creative with my ideas and enjoy a challenge as I like to see the progress myself and the children have made.
