I am a hardworking, motivated and compassionate individual, which reflects in my exceptional punctuality, attendance and organised skills. My personality is kind and happy and I love going above and beyond to help anyone. I work well with others and individually, and enjoy supporting pupils. I can easily adapt to students working at different levels. Promoting positive behaviour is a passion and I love making a difference. Being an active listener is key to building relationships and i empathise with students in difficult situations to help them overcome any problems to achieve a positive outcome.

I agree that all students should have the same opportunities regardless of race or disabilities. I am up to date with all safeguarding policies and i am willing to take on additional courses or training to further my career and strengthen my knowledge. Lastly, I have a full UK driving licence.
