This was an opportunity I got from my school to do work experience in a pharmacy for a week.By working in a pharmacy I was able to help customers receive their correct medication needed from the shop. I also handled requests with friendly , knowledgeable service continually achieving positive feedback.From this I learnt efficient confident communication skills by being taught what to do and what not do do when serving a customer. I learnt to be aware of the expiry dates in the medication- to make sure the date was in date, to make sure the right medication is going to the right person and the right dosage. this gave me an understanding of being aware of what you give to your customer and if its suitable and what they wish for. Although I haven't had a job I am certain I would set a good example as a polite understanding employee.
