I am a very confident person with a friendly persona, I like to keep on top of tasks and meet deadlines promptly I am an active person and have been playing competitive Netball for 9 years, collecting invaluable teamwork skills which will be beneficial in this role My experiences have allowed me to adapt my skills and especially while coaching people of different ages and needs As part of my job in Lush, my communication and people skills have grown astronomically Managing sales assistants in Lush at Christmas was one of my biggest challenges yet especially as I manage people of varied ages I remained calm under pressure and was a great influence in Lush Swansea achieving it's highest takings in a day and exceeding shop targets In doing this, I had to use problem solving skills such as when we was under target I directed staff appropriately to maximise customer utility
