Working as a consultant project manager, I am currently responsible for managing construction projects between £300,000 - £2.5 million in value. Throughout my time working for this consultancy, my main duties have included the following:

  • Liaising with clients and providing monthly progress reports.
  • Engaging with contractors to discuss programme milestones, budget, activity on site, design matters, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery.
