  • This contributed to the course being reduced by five classroom days and delivered an annual saving of £455k.

  • Managing relationships with external suppliers whilst collaborating with them and colleagues across the business to deliver solutions on time and on budget, the role required excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Worked with external suppliers to bring eLearning authoring capability in house by organising colleague upskilling, and purchasing authoring tool licences which delivered a saving of more than £30k in the first year.
  • I developed extensive experience of designing and creating innovative, interactive content whilst enhancing the learner experience and ensuring compliance.
