- Learned how to effectively and efficiently work with other members of staff to complete the work required during the day.
- Started and completed my training to become a duty manager which meant that I would be able to run shifts on my own.
- As a duty manager I would lead and communicate what needs to be done to the other members of staff and ensure it is done to the desired expectation. I would also be required to resolve any customer complaints or queries to hopefully meet their expectations and leave them satisfied with the outcome.
