I have experience in primary care having worked in community nursing, and prison nursing as well as secondary care in A&E and also a ward environment. My current role is based in secondary care, and I also outreach into the community to provide care to patients alongside primary care colleagues. I work with patients from a trauma informed care perspective to engage and support patients that have disengaged from accessing healthcare, except for in times of crisis. I also work with local authorities to provide housing on discharge for homeless patients.
