• My major duties include running Out patient oncology Follow up clinics, chemotherapy clinics and seeing New patient along with Consultant.
• I mainly offer Middle grade support, however there are many instances where I worked in these clinics assessing patients Performance status for Chemotherapy, analysing their Biochemical and Radiology reports and deciding further management and follow up for these patients.
• I am also involved in ward based duties, reviewing patients admitted in ward and in Bed side teaching to trainee doctors.
• I see patients coming with Acute oncological emergencies such as Neutropenic sepsis, Malignant cord compression, Electrolyte abnormalitis, cancer induced SIADH, Malignant hypercalcemia and others.
• I am involved in Radiotherapy planning, contouring and reviewing patients receiving Radiotherapy for various sites.
• I do oncalls as per rota on weekends for reviewing Oncology patients in Medical assessment unit and management of patients admitted in ward.
• Liaised with families in assessing patient care needs.
• Performed physical exams on patients, continuously communicating patient needs and comfort levels.

• Reviewing patient in Oncology Out patient clinics for follow up, to see new patients clearly assessing their history, Reports,Diagnoses and charting tailor made treatment plan for patients according to stage and type of Cancer.
• Daily In-patient rounds and ward based management.
• Teaching Radiotherapy, acute oncology and General Oncology to post graduate trainee students.
• Radiotherapy planning,contouring, Plan evaluation and Implementation.
• Monitored patient conditions and progress, reevaluating treatments for optimal outcomes.
• Reviewed medical journals and conducted research to increase knowledge of medical issues.
• Consulted and collaborated with other physicians to plan and provide patient treatment.

Follow up of patients who recived Oncology treatment and reviwing them to rule out any physical and radiological signs of recurrence..
