- Management of patients presenting with Trauma – Polytrauma, Head injuries, blunt injuries – chest and abdomen, penetrating injuries – chest and abdomen, fractures and their appropriate splinting Resuscitation – Cardiac arrest, Anaphylaxis, Respiratory Failure Medical – Sepsis with MODS, Acute Febrile Illness, Pyelonephritis, Meningitis, Pulmonary edema etc Cardiac – Myocardial Infarction, Acute Decompensated heart failure, Arrhythmias, Pre and Post op CTVS patients RS – ARDS, PE, CAP, Pneumothorax, Basics of ECMO Surgical – Intestinal Obstruction, Necrotizing Fasciitis, Skin and soft tissue infection, GI sepsis, ACS etc Urology – Torsion testes, Epididymo orchitis Gynecology – Ectopic pregnancy, PID etc Obstetrics – Miscarriage, Ante partum Hemorrhage, postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum sepsis Neurology – Acute Stoke, Gullian Barre Syndrome, Seizure disorder, Asphyxiation, TBI Toxicology – Poisoning and insect bites Endocrinology – Diabetic Ketoacidosis, Hyperosmolar Coma etc Pediatrics – AGE, Bronchiolitis, Asthma, Meningitis, Febrile Illness etc Acute pain management and sedation management in all patients with mild, moderate or severe pain
