Lacey Norman

I first started as a waitress and helping out in the kitchen doing washing up , food handling, customer service and then got trained up on the bar making drinks and using the till and handling cash as well as card payments, in October I started work in the office doing invoices , emails , phone calls and sorting out paperwork in date and alphabetical order. I work well under pressure and fast paced when it was busy and making sure the food and drinks were up tp standard. I am still currently working at Thetford Golf Club but I am on a zero hour contract.

I first started off by just running food and then learnt to take food orders as well as learning how to use the till and handling cash , card payments.

I got trained up on making coffees with an industrial coffee machine with a steam wand , while working under pressure and fast paced when it was busy and making sure every order was up to standard.
