- Maintained a calm and composed demeanour while dealing with residents presenting a distress reaction in order to diffuse the situation in order to help and calm down the resident, as well as implementing all the tools I have learnt in my training such as "Change of Face" to present a new face to potentially diffuse the situation.

- Collaborated with my peers in order to tackle real world problems with the use of wind turbines. My team and I worked together to solve the issue of ice build-up on the blades on the turbine. Through debates of solutions our team finalised on reusing waste heat from the generator and funnel the waste heat into the blades via tubing that would route into the nose of the turbine.
