My role at Kajima Community was to ensure that third-party lettings run smoothly by offering high levels of customer service, and maintaining the school's reputation. Acted as the primary operational manager in the absence of the General Manager. I had to oversee operations on days i was in charge, ensure strict health and safety compliances were always met. I managed staff performance and resolved customer issues. It was my responsibility to ensure all buildings were locked and alarmed at the end of each shift.

I worked within the Aviation and Aerospace department within Marsh. Within my team, we worked on a singular contact overseas with utmost importance and priority. My time here taught me various skills i have kept with me throughout my various working experiences.
