I am a recent BTEC Level 3 Computing student (Years 1 and 2) with a strong interest in IT, technology, and practical problem‑solving. Through my course, I developed experience with computing fundamentals, technical troubleshooting, and working with digital systems. I am now looking for an opportunity within the IT and computing sector where I can apply my skills, gain industry experience, and continue developing professionally while taking on new technical challenges.

I am a recent BTEC Level 3 Computing graduate with a strong interest in IT, systems, and technical problem‑solving. Although I do not yet have formal industry work experience, my college projects gave me hands‑on exposure to real IT tasks. This included setting up systems and user permissions, troubleshooting technical issues, testing system functionality, and managing priorities during practical assignments. I also gained experience using virtual machines and completing simulated helpdesk scenarios, which helped me develop confidence in diagnosing errors and supporting users in a structured way.

I am now looking for an IT opportunity where I can apply these skills in a real working environment, continue learning, and develop professionally while contributing to a team.

Certifications – (Pearson BTEC Level 3 Foundation and Extended Diploma in Computing) (Pearson BTEC Level 2 First Extended Certificate in information and creative technology) – Achieved distinctions in all coursework. (Cisco IT Essentials course completed and passed).

Cisco Short Courses – Completed Cisco short courses in networking, cybersecurity, and IT support, developing a strong technical foundation and practical troubleshooting skills.
