• Reactive sales for new and repeat inquiries for 10 Hilton Hotels across London and the region, converting requests from agencies such as BCD Meetings & Events, Amex GBT, Tag Entertainment etc. as well as key corporate clients including EY, PWC, KPMG etc. into profitable groups, conference and event bookings.

• Contracting & Negotiation: Secured and confirmed high-value bookings, preparing and negotiating contracts—including complex elements and global agreements with clients like EY and PWC—successfully converting deals worth over £150K
• Present Catering production: Catering production is presented to the general manager and commercial director daily which involves previous day prospects, tentative and definite business of individual hotels.
