I am a committed and ambitious professional with more than 30-year experience in the Architectural Design and Technology, Building Services and Property Development Industry. With a strong foundation in design development, technical coordination, and project documentation and delivery, I have supported organisations, teams and clients in delivering well-executed, efficient, and thoughtful design solutions in a variety of project genres in the educational, residential, institutional and commercial Sectors (in the UK and beyond), on projects ranging from new builds, modifications and refurbishments. My experience allows me to bridge creative design thinking with rigorous technical oversight—an essential combination for successful project delivery. In previous roles, I have assisted in developing design concepts, preparing planning and construction drawings, and coordinating technical information between architects, engineers, and consultants. I am proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Floorplanner, which I use to produce accurate documentation, detailed 2D and 3D models, and clear visual communication. My approach is collaborative, detail-oriented, and driven by a commitment to quality and problem-solving. I am eager to contribute to a team/organisation that values both creativity and precision, and I am motivated by opportunities to support projects through all stages—from inception early concept design to technical development, construction coordination and project delivery/completion (RIBA Stages 0-7).
