I have developed a strong range of transferable skills through my experience working at McDonald’s for over a year, alongside attending college full time and helping with cleaning at an Airbnb. In my role, I have built excellent customer service and communication skills, learned to work effectively as part of a team, handle busy environments, manage time efficiently and deal with customer needs professionally. I am outgoing, enjoy meeting new people and am always keen to gain new skills and improve myself. Balancing work and education has strengthened my organisation, reliability and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. I am currently retaking GCSE Maths and English, having already achieved Functional Skills Level 2 in both subjects. I have also successfully completed Health and Social Care Level 2 in Year 11 and Travel and Tourism Level 2 at West Suffolk College in my first year.
