Summary

Inventory Clerk with 10 years experience of compiling residential property inventories, including check-in, checkout, and interim inspection reports, among others. During this time, I have developed strong relationships with various letting agents and clients as well as interviewing and training new clerks on the job.

The relationships I developed with letting agents enabled me to work freelance, directly for Hanson's Estate Agents in Bromsgrove. This has involved using Artificial Intelligence systems to produce reports using the Landlords Guild website. The majority of reports I have produced for Residential Support have involved the use of Inventory Hive software.

My strong I.T. skills have enabled me to learn new systems quickly. This has been proven in previous roles that include not only Property Administration for; Enterprise Inns, which is a pub management company, Redbrick Survey and Valuation, which is a subsidiary of Paragon Bank, but also early experience of Data Entry for Transco, now part of the National Grid.

In all of these roles, I have worked confidently in team environments, notably providing administrative support to teams of Property Managers and Surveyors. This has involved written and verbal communication skills, notably to arrange appointments for the Surveyors.

My own time management and organisational skills have been proven during my time as an inventory clerk, where I have been responsible for managing and arranging my own appointments. It has also been necessary to work with attention to detail to produce accurate reports.

In my experience with Residential Support and Enterprise Inns, I have regularly been the first to approach new clients, specifically as an inventory clerk, where my approachable and professional attitude has been key to forming new business relationships. This is backed up by previous experience in Retail, at Wilkinson, where I have had to provide professional customer service.

I'm I.T. competent and able to troubleshoot and learn new systems quickly, which means I'm adaptable to different administrative situations. I'm intuitive and always looking to maintain professional standards inline with requirements and driven to meet targets.

In my spare time, I'm a keen coarse angler who loves to spend time exploring and fishing. The part time hours the position requires will enable to me to continue to work as an inventory clerk, but also to pursue my hobbies.
