Summary

Coming from a disadvantaged background and living with a stutter, I once thought my ambitions were out of reach. These challenges shaped my early life, making me question if I could succeed in competitive, client-focused fields. I knew I had to go above and beyond to start on an equal footing with others. These same experiences became the foundation of my resilience and drive.

Today, I am a confident, self-motivated individual with a strong, customer-focused approach. My journey taught me the value of hard work, listening closely, and adapting to meet people’s needs. Whether working independently or within a team, I bring energy, responsibility, and a commercially driven mindset to every task.

Reflecting on my journey, I am certain that, if given the opportunity, I will continue to achieve ambitious goals.

I supported the clinic in providing free legal advice to economically disadvantaged communities. This role required attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. It helped me develop essential skills that are crucial in any commercially driven environment.

  • One of my key responsibilities was managing client intake and conducting preliminary assessments, which sharpened my ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and accuracy. As the first point of contact, I listened to clients' needs, building and maintaining relationships that further enhanced my communication skills.
  • I scheduled appointments, coordinated case files, and ensured that all documents were correctly formatted and organized, which taught me the importance of maintaining high standards in administrative work.
  • I assisted solicitors by conducting case law research and assembling legal briefs. This experience taught me to be both team-oriented and responsible in completing assigned tasks, making me more confident and self-motivated.
