Involved the running of 4 websites for the sub-brands of the UK's leading landscaping and forestry supplier. The role is mainly customer oriented. Processing orders, liaising with customers from all over the UK, meeting monthly sales targets and KPIs and chasing new leads are the main responsibilities.

Providing high standards of customer service, ensuring cleanliness of the business, line cleaning and regular stock takes were all prominent parts of the role.

Role consisted of providing an excellent standard of customer service due to premium nature of the business. Bar, restaurant and reception duties were prominent as well as the ability to be calm and professional at all times. Also included Night Porter duties on a cover basis. This included cleaning and security responsibilities. Personal license for the sale of alcohol was also obtained.

Duties mostly centered on customer service. However, preparing food, cleaning, performing regular till checks and counts, bar maintenance (line cleans) and staff supervision were all prominent parts of the role.

Duties included picking, packing and scanning. Ensuring the workplace was safe and clean was also essential.

Started glass collecting, then moved to occasional Bar work when I turned 18. Duties included customer service, prompt service of drinks and cleaning.
