As part of my role as a volunteer in the warehouse and shop I help with unpacking deliveries and checking they are complete. Other tasks include stocking the shelves in the store and pricing items and maintaining a safe, clean and tidy work environment. I have also be involved with creating customer invoices and adding new stock to the computer software program Xero.

During my time as an apprentice, I reached customer service standards and handled any queries directly and efficiently. I worked as part of a team with my coworkers to reach certain targets and to combat any problems that were faced. I was able to manage my time effectively during busy environments, keeping resilient and achieving high standards. Adding onto this, I made sure my workspace was up to safety regulations to prohibit any injuries towards customers and to coworkers.

During my time at KFC, I worked a customer facing role which helped develop my customer serving skills and also communication. It also taught me the importance of teamwork during busy shifts. I adhered to food safety standards, ensuring every customer I served had a positive experience.
