I am an experienced jewellery professional with over 30 years bench experience, specialising in handmade jewellery creation, repairs and restoration.
Proficient in training team members and resolving complex design challenges with a focus on producing the best high quality jewellery possible.
I am a trustworthy, hard working and a passionate jeweller who still enjoys taking pride in every job big or small as its somebodies pride and joy that needs looking after.
Working at several companies throughout my career has given me a very well rounded insight into many aspects of the jewellery industry and I have gained great experiences which have made me the jeweller I am today.

Working from home I create all types of Jewellery for customers all over the UK to their exacting designs .
I also do all types of repairs and restoration work which will be anything from basic chain repairs and ring sizings to full remakes.
Work for local large manufactures on production work, working mainly in 18ct and platinum.
Whilst doing as much work as I can at the bench I also work closely with other skilled craftspeople who can offer extra services to help create the perfect finished item.
Working for Beards of Cheltenham as their in house goldsmith working on all aspects of jewellery.
I was tasked to run the workshop with a small team and I was responsible to make sure the jewellery was made to the highest standard and that all deadlines were met.
I helped train up some of the goldsmiths to help improve their level of accuracy. One of which was my apprentice who I trained for 3 years.
I dealt directly with customers ensuring they had a great experience whilst creating beautiful one of pieces of jewellery for them.
Some administrative duties to ensure the workshop was running smoothly.
Worked on a self employed basis for local jewellery shops making all types of jewellery and doing
some repair work providing a fast and efficient turnover . I also work 1 to 2 days a week at James
Moore Jewellers in Kenilworth doing mostly repairs and alterations for their customers.
Production Mounter working on 18ct and platinum components producing high end jewellery for retail shops.
Pure by Design Jewellery .Opened my own retail shop in the jewellery quarter designing and
manufacturing bespoke pieces of jewellery working directly with the public to create that one off
special commission.
Worked as a model maker making handmade master patterns for companies. Also
worked for companies as a production mounter and did repairs for retailers. Worked for an insurance
company replacing lost or broken jewellery.
Started my career as an apprentice whilst going to the school of
jewellery on day release to obtain my City & Guilds in fine Jewellery in 1993. Obtained my
advanced City & Guilds in 1994 with a credit and a distinction. Worked hard over the next few years
and managed to progress into the product development side of the business as a handmade model
maker where I worked for the next ten years and became a valued member of the department. This
gave me the skills needed to work in the jewellery quarter until the present day.
