Both of my occupations involved/involves a fast paced environment encompassing a variety of skills

Working in a warehouse involves a lot of manual handling and moving packages from A to B quickly and efficiently in preparation for delivery Working in a warehouse also involves a lot of safety compliance, not just personal, but operational Quality assurance was also part of the job with each package having to be fit for delivery Supply chain coordination is aslo integral to my current job as I am preparing packages for others to handle afterwards

My first job working in a shop was a very different working environment as it involved working with customers directly and preparing food which involved a lot of multitasking, as I was required to serve customers and bake pasties at the same time which had to be baked to a set standard Though different, it still involved considerable manual handling as trays of frozen pastries needed to be transferred between freezers as well as handling crates of drinks when stocking fridges

In general, I have always been a very reliable and hard-working employee throughout my working life who always strived to do the best job I could and on many occasions have been relied on to complete the more demanding tasks that were required at the time I have always been incredibly punctual only being late on a handful of occasions in a twenty year period of working as well as only ever having one day off in the same period and even then I turned up, but was sent home for being sick and no longer allowed to work with food
