Having worked 40 years in the manufacturing industry, and of those 40 half being exclusively on night-shifts, I am looking for a change of pace and work-life balance.

The Stadium environment would be a very welcome change of scenery, and with a shift from purely nights-only, mixing up how repetitive and unsocial my routine has been, is something I'm looking for.

My previous working environments make me suitable for both independent and team working, having to meet production deadlines etc whilst managing a team.
