With this brand I have seen over two sights, both very busy on NOMs and very quick turn time on covers, both sites holding very different challenges.
With one site that needs constant development in team and standards and the other in a whole new management team along with improvements in standards.
First financial year of the first site, it seen £160k a head of budget with an all green scorecard to match and the second site with more of a reshuffle to start again as I came into a declining business with so many operational challenges.
As of now the business is currently missing 1 metric from being an all green score card, and that is more so the team turn over from so many internal movements.

This is a carvery site that takes 28-32k net a week with a split of 70/30 on food, i am currently sitting with 5% growth vs budget and hitting 90% of my current KPIs, food star rating is sitting at a 5-star EHO and my current reputation score is at 780.
I have managed to take this business from strength to strength during my time here and will take on a new challenge.
