I have then built positive relationships with the pupils, and with doing so have implemented a secure swimming environment for all participants by ensuring all safety protocols are met. - Monitored student progress and provided constructive feedback to enhance skills. Following this I have collaborated with parents to share pupil progress and assisted training new staff on teaching methods.
