I am a motivated service worker with exceptional social skills, communication abilities and customer service background. I have experiences in similar fields of industry, and am a fast-paced, friendly colleague to work with. I am trained to be a leader, in which I have learnt to listen to colleagues opinions to make the café a more friendly and safe environment for customers. I am currently a team leader at Brew Brothers, with expertise in the waiting environment. Last year, I was entered into the Farrer's Barista competition, in which I have been named the Top 6 Barista in Cumbria, Lancashire. I have had the opportunity to be chosen for a netball coaching session with MBE Tracey Neville, England Netball coach for a day, in which I learnt many different skills. I am currently working towards my Level 1 Netball coaching qualifications.
