Personal Achievements , I have been an instructor for a youth organisation, The Army Cadet Force, for the last 13 years and have achieved the rank of Sergeant Major. My last role was working with the company HQ element where I was in charge of discipline, conduct and progression for the adult volunteers and the cadets. I'm qualified to plan and run a multitude of high-risk activities such has live firing on a range and blank firing exercises involving up to 200 people.
