Justin Nowak

I am Justin, a 17-year-old who has just finished college doing a motor vehicle course and looking for employment. I am very keen in joining the automotive industry as a technician as this has been what I have always wanted to do.

I always try to do everything to the best of my abilities, even if I don't quite understand how, I give it my all. Even if I don't do things properly the first time, I learn from my mistakes and make sure that the next time is done correctly. I enjoy problem solving and using my hands, and so this industry is perfect for someone like me.

I have a years worth of experience working with HGVs alongside my college course, as well as a few months working part time as a technician inside of a main dealer, and this experience has massively helped me understand more about cars and vehicles in general, and how it's like being in a proper working environment. This has helped me gain valuable skills needed in the motor industry such as being quick and efficient, whilst also keeping clean and making sure you don't damage any equipment used or the customers car.
