  • keeping involved with the community especially with Dunelm as we do a lot with local communities especially round Christmas time delivering joy. this is where we get in touch with local charities and raise awareness and gifts for those less fortunate by reaching out to the community for gifts and donations. I also like to improve charity within stores by making mini library's where customers or colleagues can donate books then offer a small amount for a book as Dunelm sponsor charities.

Interests

  • I like to get involved in charity as in I regular donate to different charities and keep in touch including having others to get involved
  • regular changes within my living area coming up with new ways of making it look fresh

  • heavily involved in opening of new stores from pre opening working and coordinating with builders until opening day including working with Job centres for recruitment.
  • setting up delivering joy with Dunelm which meant choosing charities to delivery donated presents to who would not normally receive donations contributing to 4000 gifts donated by the community in Bolton
  • highlighting colleagues for promotion through honest reviews and encouraging those who self doubt
  • maintaining high level of security to protect colleagues and customers knowing how to fill incident reports in and dealing with witness statements
