I am strongly committed to the role I play in the lives of children and teenagers under my care. As a teacher, I focus on holistic development of a child. I have had an amazing 6 years experience working with children both in and outside the school environment. Making significant impact in the lives of young learners is one area that I am passionate about. The growth, progress and development I see them make motivates me to do more.
I work with an amazing team of dedicated teachers and I draw my inspiration daily from the children and the teachers.
From my experience I have learnt to persevere, listen, communicate and empathize with children. I understand that building positive relationships makes teaching and learning effective. I love to create a friendly atmosphere where students are comfortable to express and communicate their thoughts and feelings.
I am strongly dedicated to improving the lives of people around me. I understand that children are uniquely different which is why I am intentional when planning activities for the day. I focus on creating activities that will help students develop strong communications skills, problem solving and critical thinking skills which
they can apply in real life situations.
I am currently training to obtain QTS to teach in England. I have just finished placement A at Whitefield Primary school Liverpool where I have gained a lot of amazing and insightful practical skills. Behavior management and classroom control are some of the major skills I have improved on this past period. I worked with children from different cultural backgrounds with additional needs. I have gained more experience on how to support children with EAL and SEND.
