

An introduction summary
Experience covering more than 20 years in Ecommerce, online trading and hands on ecommerce management, with a strong track record of success in managing and growing profitable online businesses. Extensive knowledge alongside a deep understanding of P&L, search, ecommerce platforms and technologies and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Previously serving on a board of directors at a senior level, I consider myself to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills adept in leading and motivating a team to achieve common goals.
Alongside technical expertise I bring significant experience in P&L management at a good level (£70m+) driving EBITDA growth within a private equity background and can demonstrate a knowledge and experience in M&A. I have worked on larger scale system migration projects for data and Ecommerce and as an individual, I consider myself to be very results driven, either when required to deliver a solo aspect or whilst working in, and creating a positive team dynamic.
Between 2022 and 2025 I stepped away from my career to become the primary caregiver for close family members facing serious illness. I am now keen to bring back my skills and experience into the workplace. With family health now stable, I am fully available and highly motivated to rejoin and contribute to the workplace as before.
Group eCommerce director and trading board member covering group online trading and marketing functions and associated trading and systems for Evo. Evo Group is a private equity backed (Endless) office supplies based business with a turnover of £500m and an eCommerce P&L in excess of £76m sales /trading via B2B/DTC websites via 4 go to market brands. This role covered complete responsibility for online trading including associated marketing budgets for the group and systems responsibilities and ownership for group data and content, PIM & Ecommerce functions. This role within Evo reported to the CEO and sat above a structure of 5 direct and 78 extended reports

Key milestones and achievements in this role :
Head of Online was a coming together of the B2B and B2C functions for the group with focus on driving growth of online sales to both B2B and B2C markets. Appraising both technology and markets to then challenge back to the business in defining and implement digital marketing strategies.
This role carried day to day budget control with ownership of paid media channel.
The largest success in this role was defining a roadmap for web platform development as the market moves including best in class MCommerce platform to drive campaign performance, costs targeted, CPA and ROAS.
Developing online trading for Supplies Team (now Banner)
Day to day management website trading for DTC trading website with responsibility for trading platforms (Google / Bing / Yahoo). With growth in customer engagement, growth in AOV and reduced ad spend with a favourable increase in growth of ROAS rates.
