Using the Unity software system, i was in charge of controlling all stock that came in and out of the business. I would look at all discrepancies in stock, finding route causes and corrective actions, along with implementing training across the site. Completing monthly Inventory and WIP reports by deadline dates and presenting them to our American Directors. Completing month end stock counts, whilst assisting our Accounts team with any discrepancies in stocks or values. I would also keep certain stock levels sufficient and replenish when needed, therefore i am also very up to date with excel and other computer systems. I also made a lot of changes during my time as an Inventory Controller, I.E implementing our new scan gun system, where stock could be picked more efficiently using scan guns connected to our live system. This made day to day picking easier, whilst improving our stock control.
