I love working within a creative environment, and even though I'll be doing a clinical placement and seeing clients, I'd love to be doing it in a creative place like Claremont. The work you're doing there aligns completely with my values. Creativity, community, friendship, these things are the centre of my life. I would love the opportunity to do my hours at Claremont and have qualities I hope would make it a good fit. I'm very reliable, diligent, my communication is clear, I behave respectfully towards everyone I meet, I care deeply about people and can remain calm in difficult situations. I also have a lot of experience working with elderly people due to my time at the Chelsea Hospital supporting the Chelsea Pensioners. Even though they are ex army they are a very diverse bunch, and some take a while to trust you and open up. I enjoy this process greatly - being patient with people who don't naturally find it easy to confide in others. I've lived in Hackney since the early nineties and in my street for over 20 years and know every single one of my neighbours. It would be great to come and meet you.

I spent over twenty years as an actor, doing various roles in tv, theatre and film. I'm creative, friendly, flexible, punctual and eternally fascinated by what makes us tick.
I've been a volunteer with Central London Samaritans for 11 years In that time I spent 3 years as a shift leader supporting volunteers, and a year working with the email hub, supporting callers who prefer to write to us I'm also part of the outreach team and was at Grenfell immediately following the disaster, supporting residents, at tower blocks after a suicide, and have been visiting the Chelsea Hospital for a number of years supporting the pensioners
