A hybrid role split between factory based production (manufacturing, maintaining, checking and packing products) and site based survey and installation work.

While in the factory my responsibilities consisted of:

• The upkeep of equipment.
• Quality checks of products
• Keeping to safety standards around hazardous materials

My site responsibilities are

• To work in a small team performing testing in a manner that keeps both employees and the public safe.
• Taking accurate ad detailed note for reports to be written.
• Managing subcontractors ensuring works get performed correctly.

To provide ground support for helicopters offering short pleasure flight tours throughout the country.

The biggest responsibility was to ensure passenger and crew safety alongside:

• Accurately filling out passenger manifests,
• Briefing passengers on operational protocols,
• Refuelling the aircraft as required.

As part of this role I was responsible for the safety of staff and the public in a range of venues from small pubs to football stadiums.

This came in the form of

• Monitoring behaviour and surroundings,
• Reporting hazardous situations promptly,
• Maintaining the required uniform standards.

This entry level role demanded all employees

• To follow detailed assembly instructions,
• Handled finished products for packaging and dispatch in a timely manner,
• Utilised both hand and power tools to assemble products efficiently, reducing wastage of raw materials,
• To worked within a small team adhering to both company and governmental covid protocols both inside and outside the workplace.
