• Carried out regular quality checks to ensure displayed products were in good, saleable condition
• Provided fast checkout service with high levels of customer care and transaction speed

Prison Advice & Care Trust (Pact)- Court Volunteer Role (Current)

• Currently undertaking a volunteering role at Maidstone Crown Courts, where i emotionally support defendants and there families attending court

• Developed crucial liaison skills, when identifying particularly vulnerable family members and referring them to my boss
• Learnt the importance of communicating with my co-workers on a day to day basis, when handing over vulnerable clients to my co- workers on days I'm not working
• Being included in the organisations weekly news letter as a volunteer, who's taken to the role

Men's Football Society at Bath Spa University

• Attending the Footballs society has taught me discipline and has acted as a great example of hard work paying off for me
• During Matches and competitions, teammates motivate and push each other beyond self- expectation and through this, we learn confidence and the merit of teamwork
• I try to apply this mentality to other aspects of life, so I am always searching for new ways to
  challenge myself and exceed the limits I place upon myself
