  • Took on other work responsibilities such as covering waitering shifts to help out the team
  • Received several compliments from regular members expressing how they appreciated my enthusiasm and attention to detail i.e. knowing their favourite table or knowing how they like their steak cooked

  • I notably improved my multi-tasking skills & time management skills, as during service your constantly required to be handling multiple tickets simultaneously whilst coping under pressure
  • I achieved the position of Commis Chef by excelling as a KP, for example demonstrating my adaptability skills, by taking on extra jobs/duties, this resulted in a promotion from my Head Chef
  • I was given the opportunity to work busier nights and longer hours as my Head Chef believed in my driven mindset and in my ability to cope with stressful situations at a relatively young age during peak service

  • Organisational skills - having worked as a Commis Chef, Head Runner and gaining experience as an event organiser for a band called, 'Say Now' have all significantly improved my personal and team logistical organisation skills
