With over 10 years’ experience as a Contracts Manager, I excel at overseeing multiple projects and managing relationships with two key clients through local council frameworks. I ensure quality, safety, and budget control are maintained to the highest standards across every contract. I'm highly skilled in coordinating teams, managing subcontractors, and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, surveyors, and suppliers.

I have a sharp eye for planning and resourcing and remain confident when making decisions under pressure to keep projects on track. I’m proactive in identifying and resolving issues before they escalate, and I take full ownership of the contracts I manage from start to finish. Communication and accountability are at the core of how I work, and I’m always focused on delivering a smooth, professional service. I'm also confident in developing new processes that improve efficiency and ensure projects meet client needs consistently

Carpenter and Supervisor

Harris Construction
Cardiff , Vale of Glamorgan
02.2006 - 09.2014

I started my apprenticeship as a carpenter with a small company that covered all aspects of the trade, which gave me the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills across multiple disciplines. From early on, I gained hands-on experience in various areas of construction, which helped shape me into a well-rounded and adaptable tradesperson.

I’m a skilled and reliable carpenter with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. I take pride in maintaining high standards across all types of work, including first fix, second fix, and bespoke projects. I'm confident reading drawings, solving problems on site, and can work just as effectively on my own as I do as part of a team. I keep a tidy and safe workspace, stay organised, and always aim to complete tasks efficiently. I’ve built a solid reputation for being dependable, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the job is done right.

In line with my progression, I stepped into a supervisory role where I was responsible for running sizeable jobs, ensuring they were completed on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard.

Bartender

Three Brewers

I’m a confident and experienced bartender with a strong ability to work in fast-paced environments while keeping service smooth and friendly. I’m skilled at mixing classic cocktails, pouring perfect pints, and handling cash/card transactions accurately. I have a good memory for regulars' orders, and I pride myself on making customers feel welcome and looked after. Whether it’s a quiet afternoon or a busy Saturday night, I stay calm under pressure, work well with my team, and always make sure the bar runs efficiently and professionally.
