Over 10 years commercial real estate experience, specialising in the restaurant/leisure sector. I now want to develop my career and use my experience in an in-house role, where I can have involvement with the growth and operation of a business.
-Established Shell and Scout as a niche property agency specialising in acquisitions and disposals for both leasehold and freehold properties for the hospitality sector.
-Working with a range clients from independents to multiples including the Portobello Brewery, Simmons, Little Door, Trade, Grind, Wingstop to name a few.
-I have successfully built up and completed a number of deals in London with other sites in legals or under offer.
-Approached by Pay Less For Storage to work on a 6 month contract (ending March 2025), to identify off market opportunities for them and have 2 sites under offer.
- Headed the team to bring in new restaurant operators into the House of Fraser stores (re-branded as Frasers). Successfully brought in operators in Belfast, Glasgow, Oxford Street. Regular meetings with House of Fraser MD, advising on strategy and suitable operators.
- Solely retained by Coppa Club to identify potential new sites in London and the home counties. Reporting fortnightly to the property director. Successfully delivered an off market site.
-4 month secondment to Wingstop UK to help and advise on their London expansion.
- Identified new opportunities and pitched to landlords for either a lease disposal or for an acquisition client to take the lease.
-Identified and canvassed the landlord of a freehold property in Clapham Junction, which was purchased as an investment by CDG Leisure.
- Worked with and advised a variety of landlords from institutional landlords to independent landlords.
- My primary role was to assist with a variety of retail and leisure rent reviews as well as lease renewals for both landlords and tenants, varying in size from large organisations such as hedge funds, large retailers and restaurant chains to small independents.
