I have a keen interest in cycling, volunteering with Ribble Valley Juniors to assist with cycle coaching, and also volunteering as a British Cycling Ride Leader leading cycle rides under the British Cycling Let’s Ride scheme., Outside of this I cycle for fun and fitness and have recently enjoyed a 380 mile cycling tour of France, Netherlands, and Belgium., I also run, slowly, for fitness, and have an interest in cookery which is possibly the reason I need to cycle and run.
