  • Company Overview: The company is experiencing exponential growth and requires change at a great scale to their systems and processes
  • I was hired on a contract basis to lead the Business Central and ConnecTeam (Time and Attendance system) implementation projects
  • These projects were implemented using phased approach in each case where I oversaw an implementation team constituted of a Jr
  • Business Analyst and a Data Analyst
  • The implementation was carried out with a Microsoft Partner called Dynamic Consultants(DC)
  • I conducted multiple requirements gathering workshops to help DC specify customized solution which helped Hythe extend the use for Business Central features
  • The Business Central Implementation that I oversaw included the following modules: CRM, Projects, Finance, Purchasing, Inventory/warehouse
  • I also facilitated integration of BC with Connecteam (T&A solution)
  • In addition I also supported the Datarails implementation as part of the client’s reporting solution
  • Part of the key responsibilities also included ensuring key business processes are mapped and programmed into a Zero Code platform called Process Street
  • Analysis of company’s current As-Is processes and conducting gap analysis
  • Analysis and mapping the To-Be processes to ensure process improvement is achieved
  • Ensuring traceability between To-Be processes and company’s strategic business objectives
  • Working on tactical process improvements to ensure company maintains a healthy cashflow
  • Implementation in Process Street requires analysis, programming and testing knowledge which is helped by my business consultancy background
