Progressing from a junior position into a senior role within Lily’s Kitchen, I have continually expanded my ownership, strategic influence and technical skill set within the performance marketing team. I now lead full-funnel paid social strategy across Meta and TikTok, owning everything from creative briefing and campaign builds to optimisation, analysis and long-term strategic planning.


  • Own end-to-end paid social strategy and execution across Meta and TikTok (formerly managed Pinterest campaigns), driving scale, efficiency, and continuous creative and performance optimisation.
  • Lead creative briefing across video, static and UGC formats; provide structured comms for copywriters; and manage designer and external animator workflows to ensure timely delivery of paid assets.
