I sent out a survey through Qumind to understand how people shop Plus Size and Petite fit because it wasn't performing as expected. The insights were used by various teams from product to ecomm. We saw an uplift of 24% on plus size styles.
  • Developed and delivered the loyalty programmes across Karen Millen and Nasty Gal in collaboration with our CRM Managers, aiming to improve customer retention and gain incremental sales. Used customer segments for personalised experience across various channels, based on shopping recency, frequency, monetary and various other characteristics. Recorded EBIDA uplift of £1.8mln in Q4.
  • Championed a customer first strategy, collaborating with various teams, e.g. product, e-commerce, digital marketing, brand, creative and customer service.
  • Created the new, simplified, data driven Marketing Calendars from scratch, including customer mindset, launches, events and Search demand. Overseen and owned the marketing calendars. Made sure that marketing campaigns resonated with our customer.

Managed various daily challenges, for example requests for rapid activity scaling efficiently, new customer acquisition tactics and measurement, lead acquisition tactics, reactive copy/promo update, forecast on different budget scenarios.
