• Helping to resolve complaints within the service.

• Managed high-volume caseload and organized daily schedules of patients.

Provided safe, effective and appropriate massage therapy techniques during the london triathlon, Richmond Duathlon, Hackney Moves Festival.

8 week placement:

• During this time I shadowed a physiotherapist which worked mainly with the elderly population both in clinic and community home-visits.
• Also worked closely with many different complex pain syndromes, upper motor neuron pathologies and respiratory conditions.

6 week placement:

• During my placement in the student clinic I performed 1 to 1 rehabilitation to students, Hampton and Richmond football club youth players over zoom, lecturers and the elderly. Furthermore, Pitch side experience for the university football and rugby teams matchdays.
