Joe Bright

I am currently working in Coopers Of Stortford as a Customer Service Advisor in their call centre. I was offered this role due to the acknowledgement of the hard work and relationships I had created whilst working as a Sales Assistant in store.

My role is varied, but is mainly dealing with customers and placing daily orders.

I have regularly exceeded the daily order quota and have been awarded several bonus payments for attendance.

I am also regularly offered overtime which I take as positive due to my work ethic and relationship with the staff.

• Previously I was employed by Sainsbury's where I worked on the shop floor as a customer service assistant. My main roles included working on the tills and managing the self scan. Whilst working here I believe I have improved many skills including, customer service, working under pressure in a very busy environment which has led to boosting my confidence as my role included speaking to customers and ensuring I made their shopping experience enjoyable and efficient. I was given the responsibility of cashing up at the the end of each shift to ensure there is no cash left on the shop floor over night. I had worked at Sainsbury's for over a year and feel I have naturally built rapport with staff and regular customers across all different age groups, this was arguably one of my favourite things about the role.

• My last role was working at Coopers Of Stortford as a sales assistant on the shop floor, my role involved me speaking to customers, helping them with any queries they may have and supporting them any way I could, providing great customer service and a positive view of the shop. This role attracted a totally different demographic of customer as opposed to my previous role in Sainsbury's however I am still able to get on with every customer and maximise their shopping experience.
