I am responsible for providing excellent customer service within the hotel, ensuring guests have a positive and enjoyable experience. My key responsibilities are greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages and ensuring customer satisfaction. I adhere to food hygiene and health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and handling food and equipment safely. I work as part of a team and train any new members of staff and also deal with customer complaints effectively.
