Throughout my time working at Wetherspoons, I performed a range of tasks, such as:

• I have worked successfully with the culinary teams to increase efficiency and raise operating standards.
• Utilised kitchen appliances in accordance with safety guidelines and as directed.
• I have swept, mopped, and removed trash on a frequent basis to keep the kitchens clean throughout service shifts.
• Kitchen tools, cookware, glassware, and serving dishes that have been meticulously cleaned while adhering to the highest standards of presentation and sanitation.
• Skilfully used storage to keep supplies and equipment for the kitchen safe and well-organized.
• Controlled storage temperatures to preserve the freshness of ingredients.
• Assisting in the training of new employees in the kitchen to achieve food preparation standards and letting them observe my work throughout the day
• Logging hot and cold temperatures multiple times a shift and recording wastage at the ending of a shift

In the past, I worked at New Look for three years in three different stores as I moved back and forward from Belfast to Liverpool during that time as a new student.

As a Sales Advisor I gained the opportunity to;

• Establish customer purchasing needs, offering personalised guidance with product and accessory selection.
