Over the last few years, I have strengthened my expertise in fire safety by completing the NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate and I am currently undertaking the FDIS Fire Door Diploma.
In my current role, I lead on fire door inspections across our sites and routinely reference compartmentation drawings when assessing planned works, ensuring compliance with fire strategy and healthcare-specific guidance.
This hands-on operational experience, combined with my growing knowledge of HTM 05 guidance, positions me well to support fire safety compliance, training, and risk mitigation across NHS sites.
- Manage the Scheduled, Reactive and Remedial maintenance services as directed by the PPM planner (CAFM), Helpdesk or Hard FM Manger, ensuring that operational standards are maintained at all times.
- Manage the distribution of works to ensure priority of statutory compliance and maintenance of services in critical environments.
